This 400 room, 4 star hotel was conceived to give the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) and their heavily utilised Exhibition Halls a distinct advantage in placing mid-quality hospitality offerings immediately adjacent to the conferences. This was thought to give all exhibitors easy access to their hotel rooms, and make for a more convenient exhibition and conference experience.
Working for Hill International, the appointed Project Managers, the design was finalized through drawings, specifications and mock-up rooms and the contractor appointed. Late in the construction period, DWTC decided to upgrade the Main Lobby and Food and Beverage offerings as well as making minor additions of quality to the 400 rooms.
